LONDON – A shocked granny got a mind-boggling demonstration of Uri Geller’s powers when her dentures suddenly twisted like pretzels as she watched the psychic perform on TV!

“I’ve never been a behever in the supernatural before, but I’m certainly convinced of Mr, Geller’s psychic powers now,” said Gertrude Marshall.

The 62-year-old widow said she was at home watching a rerun of a Geller performance on television when she suddenly felt her false teeth bending in her mouth.

“At first I was so astonished that I didn’t reaise what was happening,” said Mrs. Marshall. “Then I popped out my uppers and sat there watching them twist in my hand.”

Geller, a world-renowned psychic who uses his Mindpower to bend spoons and other metal objects, was demonstrating his abilities for viewers on a program broadcast April 20. A spokesman for the television network said by the time Geller went off the air, the stations switchboard was flooded with calls from viewers saying keys and other household objects were bent. Mrs, Marshall said she did not report her experience immediately because she was afraid no one would believe her.

“After I heard about other people having similar experiences I felt sure no one would laugh at me about my false teeth,” Mrs. Marshall said.
