I know you get so many emails in a day but I hope this one bring a smile to your heart. YOU….helped us to raise £5235 yesterday a truly incredible amount that will help those kids so much. I posted on your Facebook today…hope thats ok.
Tea and cake for winners
Thank you so much for this kind offer. I am going to co-ordinate the winners. If they each bring one guest it will be quite a large group. I hope that is ok. I wanted to suggest the following:
*A date that work for you how are any of these?
21st June
27th June
28th June
*May i suggest that we have a fixed time (e.g 2 to 4pm)
*I will arrange to meet the group at a local pub 30 minutes before hand so that we can all arrive together. I feel this will save people getting lost and you opening your gate sooo many times!
Please let me know if I can help make tea (would love to help out), bring cakes or do anything else to make this lovely treat flow well.
