Metal bending in Japan

Here is the first part of a manuscript describing how to cool water and bend metal. We are getting it translated. The first part is below.

“D ~The technique of cooling water~
This is also a follower of esoteric Buddhism practising. One day a follower of esoteric Buddhism came to my place and said, ‘I know the technique of cooling boiling water. I’ll teach you how to do it.’ He put boiling hot water in a pot and wrote the words of ‘ice’ many times using one chopstick and at the same time chanted the following line …….. Gradually the boiling hot water became cooler and cooler and when he put his hand in it, he didn’t get burned. This was the way he cooled boiling water.”
