I have been a fan of your for years now and also have read one of your books.
I firmly believe there is something to the 11:11 phenomenon as you say. It seems every time I check my watch, iphone, or computer it shows 11:11. Quite bizarre. Interestingly enough my birthday is 11.01.1xxx as well so not sure if that means anything !
Personal question:- I have always noticed that you look super ALERT, and healthy ? What is your secret here ?
My work is quite stressful and I can’t seem to switch off afterwards. Can you make any simple suggestions ?
