I hope you remember me! I’m <name removed for privacy>. I have just seen you on TV and it reminded me to contact you to thank you for your phone call wishing me well after my brain operation. I hope you’ll be happy to hear that I’m am well now! I have a shunt in my brain to control my spinal fluid and will have the condition for life but at least it’s controlled and I can live a normal life.
