Hope this finds you and your family well. I just wanted to drop a short line about your Meditations CD (I call it the ‘FORK 4 CD’ after its code). I bought it when you visited Scotland some years ago on one of your tours. You kindly signed a poster for me which I keep in the CD sleeve.

It has brought me tremendous comfort over the years, especially in times of difficulty. I’ve always found it very soothing and helps me get things back in perspective. It now also lives with in my iPhone and is shortly going to accompany me into Edinburgh for a calming trip round the shops.
